VANGUARD OF CHRIST DEVOTIONAL: BE STRONG IN THE LORD!

YOVAC

VANGUARD OF CHRIST DEVOTIONAL

TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL
? 23rd March, 2018

TOPIC: BE STRONG IN THE LORD!

MEMORY VERSE:
Ephesians 6:10
_Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might._

There is an indescribable strength locked up in every child of God. A strength that can overcome any challenge that exist or will ever be. It is an ability that comes from the Holy Spirit in us.

Have you ever asked yourself why people (mostly Christians) still survive even when medicine, life support, balanced diet, family, education, exercise, security and government all fail? There is a strength in the Lord called *faith*. This faith brings hope even when all hope seems to be lost. Work on your faith now.

It doesn’t matter the kind of situations the devil bring your way as a Christian, do not give up because you are already more than a conqueror. Though we wrestle against spiritual forces, we never loose, it is either we win or learn. Our victory is always secured in Jesus Christ. *Know what you carry to carry what you know*. You already have excess power to stand any ‘mountain’, in the name of Jesus Christ!

RECOMMENDED:  MORNING DEW: There is no need to fear

*PRAYER:* Father, help me fix my eyes on Jesus, that I might be strong and powerful in Jesus’ name.

*INSIGHT:* Our hope is in the Lord. Only be strong and knowledgeable with the word of God.
