The second edition of Obuasi Must Work Empowerment Summit comes off this Sunday at the Glorious Zion Mission International. The event is organized by Young and Wise GH and below is what you need to know about the event.

Young & Wise GH is also sold out to transforming young people for Jesus Christ and preparing them for His return.
Obuasi Must Work (Empowerment Summit) facilitates transformation in Obuasi through values that influence the discovery of purpose and principles under personal leadership and self-governance. It is the belief of the organizers that empowerment dialogues between businesses, government and the civil youth society can cushion the progress of Obuasi.
Obuasi Community is a place where the youth feel inspired to discover and deploy ideas, groom up potentials and talents in them to step up to the challenge of rethinking the future of the community.
Young and Wise GH is committed to realizing this vision through the mobilization of residents of Obuasi who participate in capacity building event.
Obuasi is currently in a state of disparaging social decayance. Personal and career development structures have taken a nosedive. With a huge recorded number of residents literally dependent on AGA Mines and the government to make ends meet, the failure of these support systems to sort expectations has concurrently effected a helpless situation.
The government overrated as the parent supportive source of economic fortune now hold citizens enslaved to a yielded uncertain system called employment, prone to disappoint our trust.
