Yaw Siki set to release a gospel single

Yaw Siki, the former hip life sensation who became a household name in 2011 after his song Wope Dodo became a major hit switched from secular music to gospel in appreciation to God for sparing his life after his involvement in a gory accident on the Tema motorway in 2013.

Yaw Siki is set to release a single this Friday, 23 of November and it’s titled “Gyina ” stand. It’s features Kofi Karikari and it’s produced by JMJ.

Speaking to Obuasitoday.com, Yaw Siki revealed that the song is based on Ephesians 6:10-18( The Armour of God).
He said “one needs to have the armour of God on so they can stand in the evil days and that is why the song is titled Gyina-stand”.
