There is no ‘quick fix’ or an ‘easy solution’ to breaking sexual addictions. Since one develops it as a habit, one must be ready to engage in a lifetime battle and consciousness to give it up.
As Paul said in 1 Corinth. 15:31…I die daily…
It’s a dying-daily- to -the- flesh affair. Never give up in fighting it. Jesus has conquered sexual addictions for us.
