Give to be Remembered

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” (GALATIANS 6:7).

Giving is Seed Sowing. When you sow, you expect harvest. The seed you sow is the crop you reap. If you sow well you will reap well and if you sow anyhow you will reap anyhow.

WHY GIVING AT ALL?

1. GOD INITIATED IT - John 3:16

God Himself initiated and demonstrated His love by given His only Son to die for mankind.

2. FOR OUR OWN BENEFITS - Acts 9:36-40; 1 Kings 17:9-22; 2 Kings 4:8-37

You give to better your own life. You give to improve your own life. Tabitha lived again because of her numerous giving. How will you be remembered? May you be remembered that, you were helping your church through giving. May you be remembered that, you helped built your church. May you be remembered that you sent this and that to school. May you be remembered that, you paid for his/ her hospital bills. May you be remembered that, you sponsored someone’s traveling expenses.May it be said of you that you bought a car for some one. May you be remembered that, you built a house for someone. Keep on giving until someone’s life has been improved.

3. IT IS A PRINCIPLE - Galatians 6:7

The principle of seed sowing will never cease on earth (Genesis 8:22).

Principles work without any magic. You don’t need any prophet if you want to remain poor, keep what you have. If you want to be rich, care and share with others.

“You do yourself a favor when you are kind. If you are cruel, you only hurt yourself”(Provide. 11:17)GNT.

Don’t leave this world without touching God’s heart through giving or being a blessing to someone. You out to give to please God.

“He who is gracious and lends a hand to the poor lends to the LORD, And the LORD will repay him for his good deeds” (Prov.19:17 AMP).

What are you leaving as a legacy behind? May the Lord bless you bountifully to be a blessing to others in Jesus Mighty Name Amen. Shalom.
