Pastor Otabil’s led Central University commences construction of a Teaching Hospital

The management of the Central University led by renowned Ghanaian preacher and businessman, Pastor Otabil, has cut sod for the commencement of a Teaching Hospital.

The landmark project is to be financed with a whooping five million Ghana cedis (GHS5m) and to add value in the health sector of the country.

The project is sited at the Miotso campus which will make the populace of Ningo – Prampram and its environs benefit from the project.

The Vice Chancellor of the noble University, said, “It is historic for many reasons; Central University blazes the trail for science education in the private sector. At the time it was done, some said it was impossible”

Dr. Otabil also said at the premier phase of the project, that, “the project was demarcated from a clinic and transit to full operational hospital and end as a teaching hospital”.

The man of God highlighted on the relevance of putting the right systems in place to make the facility nourished enough to take care of the needs of the people.

The facility will be a 38- scalabl- bed-clinic sponsored by the International Central Gospel Church (I.C.G.C)
